Land & Ranch Experience That Goes Beyond Real Estate
Land and ranch properties aren't just another category of real estate to me. My family is actively involved in cattle, horses and the day-to-day work that comes with maintaining rural property.
My husband operates our cattle business, raising Wagyu-Angus cross cattle with a strong focus on quality beef, responsible land management and traditional ranching practices. Our cattle are raised on pasture with rotational grazing, clean water and careful attention to the condition and quality of the land.
Our experience also includes fencing, working pens and chutes, pasture management, cattle handling and horses. My husband trains roping horses and actively competes when his schedule allows.
That hands-on experience gives me a practical understanding of what buyers and sellers are looking at when it comes to acreage and ranch property — from pasture and fencing to livestock facilities, water and the overall usability of the land.
